Earth Sciences

Earth Sciences is essentially the study of the planet earth, the only known life-bearing planet. Scientist will observe and measure the atmosphere, hydrosphere, oceans, and biosphere in order to better understand the elements that make our planet work to sustain life. The Earth sciences build on the foundations of chemistry, physics, biology, mathematics, and chronology in order to gain insight into the inner workings of our planet.

Inside each course are critical concepts that provide a deeper understanding on the formation of the earth and how it functions. These lectures will help you to be better informed on everyday discussions involving climate change and environmental pollution, in addition to preparing you to pursue a formal education within this field of study.
