Fine Arts

A degree in fine arts includes study of sculpting, illustration, and painting. Studies in this area don’t just prepare the student for a career as an artist; a fine arts degree also includes learning about museum curation, art restoration, and even studio management. Fine arts degrees become more specialized as they progress. At some point the student will choose a concentration in a specific discipline or medium and continue in a more focused type of study geared toward that concentration.

This section features academic lectures to help give a better understanding of a fine arts degree program and what it can offer students in such programs.
